This basically means that you have already accessed your profile and you have completed the first step.

From that, find your name and click on it. What this does is it opens your Account Information page where you will see different settings.

Step 3. Navigate to the “Hold Your Subscription” Option

What you need to do is to scroll down to the bottom of the page and find Hold Your Subscription.

You can choose from one (1) up to twelve (12) weeks of pausing your account.

Resuming My Subscription

What if I change my mind and I want to watch on the streaming service again? What do I need to do?

Should you choose to go back and watch through their service again, you can just access your profile and hit on the Resume My Subscription button.

This frees it from the hold that you initiated and that took place.

How are You Charged?

The current billing that you have would stop on the last date of your original billing cycle. That is because it will only start to be stopped at the first day of where your current cycle is.

In terms of the charges and the payment, your new billing will start on the day when your membership reactivates, but the charges would not be for until the end of the 30 days.
