Here’s how to set your E bulb in the correct way:
- Open your Cync app on your phone.
- Tap the “+” icon at the top and select your bulb (C-Sleep or C-Life lights).
- Tap on “Get Started” and turn on your light.
- Select the bulb from the next screen that appears as the connection.
- Select your own WiFi network from the next screen.
- Input your WiFi password (ensure it’s correct).
- Choose the room where your bulb is.
- Follow the remaining on-screen instructions.
Note: Double-check if you’re selecting the correct WiFi network and input the appropriate password for that network.
Solution #2 Power Cycle Bulb
The power cycle process will help with electricity issues that could be preventing your Cync bulb from connecting to WiFi.
This advanced type of restart will discharge your device, providing a cold boot and hopefully solving the problem with ease.
