Solution #1 Frozen Screen – Activation!

It is most common that the Kwikset Halo touchscreen lightens up but is not responding to any command.

It happened when the screen went into sleep mode and it would appear frozen. 

The Kwikset Halo touchscreen goes into sleep mode in different situations, such as: 

• Touch screen Lockout
• One Second Pause
• Screen Deactivation

When the touch screen goes to any default break modes, it stops responding for some time, but after that, it will come back to its normal state.

1. Tap touch screen buttons with three or more fingers until the digits light illuminate.
