1. Inspect the Charging Equipment
A loose or unstable connection in the charging equipment of your Marshall headphones will block the incoming electricity.
There are three connections in the charging setup of your Marshall headphones that you must inspect and secure.

- A power adapter
- A charging cable
- A working outlet
Tip: The charging cable’s USB ends go into the adapter and then the adapter connects to the electrical outlet. After that, you connect the micro USB or USB type-C to the headphones!

2. Check the Power Source

5. Reinsert the Marshall Headphones (Earbuds)
Marshall offers two models of wireless earbuds – Marshall Monitor III TWS and the Marshall Motif A.N.C.
When experiencing issues with wireless earbuds, the first solution you must do is to take out the earbuds from the charging case, wait for a couple of seconds, and place them in.
Alert: Plug your Marshall earbuds charging case into the power using a charging cable before reinserting the earbuds.
How to Reinsert Marshall Earbuds:
- Connect the charging case to power and place the earbuds inside.
- Wait for 10 seconds and open the charging case.
- Disconnect the earbuds from your phone if they pair automatically.
- Eject the earbuds from the charging case and count to 30.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the latch.
Notice: For your Marshall earbuds to start charging, the lid of the charging case must be closed.
6. Clean the Headphones Charge Port
