Power Cycle Your Devices

Step 1. Connect your PC, laptop, or your smartphone to the web. If you do not have a connection, you’ll need to use an Ethernet cable to connect your PC or your laptop directly to your modem.
Step 2. Open a browser and in the address bar, type in http://192.168.0.1
Step 3. Login to your online user interface and type in your Admin Username and Admin Password
Step 4. Click and Select Utilities
Step 5. From the list of options available, look for Upgrade Firmware on the left hand-side bar
Step 6. Check the Upgrade Status area to see if you’re up for an upgrade
Step 7. Click on Download
Step 8. Afterwards, hit on the Save As button
Step 9. For you to be able to find it easily, save it on your Desktop or where you know you’ll locate it
Step 10. After its successful installation, choose Browse from the list of options in the Upgrade Firmware screen
Step 11. Find where you saved it and select Open
Step 12. Proceed by clicking Upgrade Firmware
It might take a couple of minutes to be completed. Once done, it will automatically reboot the router. Once done, both the DSL and the internet lights will turn red – you just have to wait for 2 to 3 minutes and it’ll be restored.
